Second story extension for bar and decks: special truss design, suspended floor re‐enforcement.
BOUNCE NOOSA - BACKPACKERS HOSTEL
We provided a complete design by optimizing the engineering design an achieved a 1 million dollar saving in construction cost. The design was based on tilt up panels structures for the hostel units, the basement and the parking area. We designed the retaining wall, the timber deck, the concrete stairs, the swimming poll and the block planter boxes.
